Hi,

Can someone please help me with this error code. The transferring fund has rejected the rollover request for "Unable to verify SMSF information.". 

What do I do now?

  Hey Anita,

  • This error relates to not being able to verify SMSF information. This could be in result of unmatching data provided to the fund or the ATO, however, if you need further details as to why it was rejected, please contact the transferring fund and they might be able to help you out.
