Tax payable in fund when in full pension mode

The fund went into full pension mode from 1 July, however the earned income is generating a tax payable.  I would appreciate some guidance with this as I am at a loss. Thanks.

  Try these;

  It will likely be income assigned to an income account that is not linked to an investment account.

  or 

  Income assigned to one of the special income accounts for non-arms length income.

  or 

  accidental use of contributions accounts

  In addition to Richards list of suggestions - double check that you have manually inputted a 100% Tax Exempt Percentage in the Fund Pension Policies screen also.
