Trial balance issue

Hi,

I found the trail balance debit and credit cannot be match, the balance is $64.93.

I entered an adjustment journal as below to fix up the previous year's mistake.

DR 92000 Invesment income date clearing account $64.93

CR 38350 Unrealised losses $64.93

  Hey Susan,
  If this fix causes no issues then it should be fine.
  However, if there are issues with closing the period then you may need to reopen the prior period to fix the initial error.
