Update Trust Deed

My SMSF Trust Deed was created in 2006. The most recent audit of the fund has resulted in the auditor advising: "There have been many changes in the super regulations in the previous years. Therefore, to keep in line with the current SIS legislation, I recommend that you conduct a review of the fund's trust deed and organise a deed update"

On the Simple Fund menu: Connect | Order Documents, it takes you through to the Smarter SMSF website where an updated trust deed can be ordered. However, there are very few details about what you are getting, no sample screen shots, and it is not reviewing the existing Trust Deed, just offering up a new one. It appears you feed in your personal details, and it will generate the deed, just filling in the allocated blank areas of a pre-written generic document.

I'm a single member fund with a corporate trustee, so there isn't anything complicated about my SMSF set-up, so maybe their Trust Deed will suit.

Does anyone have any personal experience with the trust deed they are offering? Is it a suitable product?
