We are transferring our investments from BT Panorama to Hub24. 

BT's form requires following to complete transferof bank account balance:

We use BGL ESA, can anyon advise how we generate a PRN?

  Hello Jeff, 
  
  Thank you for getting in touch with us. 
  
  When generating a rollover a payment reference number should be automatically generated. If the instructions are followed in the article linked in this article, SuperStream Rollovers 
  
  However, if funds are not leaving the SMSF but rather moving from one investment platform to another, a PRN is not required, 
  
  Please let me know how you go with this.
