Could you please whether I can lodge my annual return (and tax return) electronically through Simple Fund 360 to the ATO without the need for a tax agent; once it has been audited.

  You can lodge the tax return electronically by using a Trustee as the lodging party, which can be set up in Settings > Lodging Party, then adding a new lodging party with the type set to Trustee.
