Superstream roll-over errors
Is anyone else encountering errors when requesting a roll-over from an APRA fund? They claim that the details don't match, where everything seems to be correct. As the ABR have removed the middle name from the records, does that make a difference? The errors are taking up a lot of time!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The member's details in the ATO's database must match the details in the SuperStream message. As the ATO's validation system checks that each field has the same characters, including the middle name in the SuperStream when in the ABR the name has been removed it will result in the validations failing.
So you will need to adjust the SuperStream message to match the ATO's record.Thank you for the question and I hope the above answers your query.
