Superstream Registration Failed
Hi
Im having trouble with a fund failing super stream registration. Message is
- The supplied ABN is already registered to an account on Simple Fund Desktop. Please cancel registration in order to re-register. You may need to contact previous accountant for cancellation if the fund moved accountant recently.
The fund was registered with AUSTPOST Gateway and I cancelled the registration today but it still wont register and comes up with the same message. I have changed the settings in the fund details to BGL the ato portal is BGL.
My question is how long does it take for the cancelled Australia post registration take and is this my issue or is it another problem

For this, you will need to submit a support query through the lodge a support call button, as the product team will require documentation to confirm that you are the tax agent of the fund. Once this is provided, the product team will cancel the registration for you.
