I have uploaded an MYOB Banklink file to Simple Fund 360 (see MYOB BankLink XML) and received a message that the import was successful. However, the transactions have not yet appeared in the Transaction List.
Solution
- Open the MYOB BankLink file and review the BSB and account number that is contained within the file.
- Review the BSB and account number input for the bank account in the Simple Fund 360 Chart of Accounts.
- Change the BSB and account number contained within the MYOB BankLink file to match the BSB and account number displaying in Simple Fund 360. The transactions have not loaded because of the different BSB and account number.
- Once the file has been changed and saved, re-upload the file.
