CoreLogic is a provider of property information including property revaluations for residential, commercial, and rural properties.
You can now access the CoreLogic Property Hub from Simple Fund 360.

Title Searches will not be available for purchase via CoreLogic from the 01st of October 2021. Therefore we do advise you bring forward any purchases prior to the deadline. We are in the process of identifying alternate providers of this product and will keep you informed in due course.

RP Data Retro Val (Residential Only) |
RP Data Retro Val provides a historical estimate of the value of a property utilising data provided by you. |

An Estimated Value Report provides an estimated value of a property, based on property data and analytics from RP Data, using statistical modelling. |

Commercial Property Valuations | ||
SMSF Commercial Desktop Assessment |
An assessment of a commercial property value, when held in a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund, provided by a licensed and approved valuer from their computer desktop. These reports incorporate property data, imagery and analytics provided by CoreLogic, as reviewed and analysed by a valuer, incorporating market conditions and additional data provided by the customer.

Commercial Desktop Assessment - Single Tenancy |
A desktop assessment conducted on a Single Tenanted, non-specialised commercial property, with a value of less than $4,000,000. It is for the specific purpose of assessing the market value of the asset, exclusive of all plant, equipment and business goodwill for internal accounting purposes only. The desktop valuation is not suitable and cannot be relied upon for any form of mortgage or lending purposes. | |
Commercial Desktop Assessment - Dual Tenancy |
A desktop assessment conducted on a Dual Tenanted, non-specialised commercial property, with a value of less than $4,000,000. Land Title Search | A search of the title of the subject property. Provides information regarding the registered owners, registered interests and other affectations on the title. | |
Depreciation Report | ||
Depreciation Report (Residential ) |
A report on providing a schedule of values for the depreciation of plant, equipment and buildings on a property. A Depreciation Report is a report prepared by a licensed and approved professional Quantity Surveyor. This follows an internal and external inspection or assessment of the subject property. The report provides detailed figures and commentary on the depreciation values of the plant, equipment and building. It is prepared in accordance with Australian Standards. |

A report on providing a schedule of values for the depreciation of plant, equipment and buildings on a property. Select Access.
Register/Login
If you do not have a CoreLogic Property Hub Account, you will need to set up a new account by entering your details on-screen. Select Register New User.
Existing users can select Login to proceed with property valuations.
Note: Existing Simple Fund Desktop users of the CoreLogic hub will have to create a new account, select "Register New User" to create the account. The account details created in Simple Fund Desktop are solely for use within the desktop program.
Input and Validate Address
Before you can purchase a valuation for a property, the address of the property must be validated against Corelogic's database. Input the property address and select it from the drop down.
If the address can't be found select Cant find address? and break up the address. Select Confirm when ready.
Purchase a Valuation for Property
Selection and purchase is broken down into the following steps:
- Product Selections
- Instruction Details
- Payment Details
- Order Confirmation
Before purchase, please provide the following details to proceed:
- The type of property;
- Owners Estimated Value/Purchase Price
Select Proceed to Product Selection.
Product Selection
The following products are available depending on the type of property you are valuing:
- Retro Reports
- Residential Valuations
- Commercial Valuations
- Rural Valuations
- Land Titles for residential, commercial and rural properties
Select one of the tabs to access a list of products available. A brief description of each product will display on-screen.

Below are some samples of the reports that you can request through the Property Hub:

- Input the Customer and Property Access Details
- For certain valuations (e.g. commercial desktop), you will need to enter the following information where applicable:

Term | Input the number of years |
Gross Outgoings | A sum of the outgoings including Land Tax, Council rates, Strata Fees, Water Rates, Miscellaneous Outgoings in $ value |
Established Location | Tick the check box if the commercial building is located in an established commercial zone and not a stand-alone in a remote non-commercial zoned area. |
Current Floor | The floor number where the business is located. Input a number value. |
Start Date | Select the date of the lease. |
Gross Rental | Input as a $ value. |
Floor Space | Input the size in square metres. |
Number of Floors | The number of floors in the building. Input a number value. |
Click Next to review your product selection and input payment details.
Payment Details
- Review your product selection. You can remove a product from the list by selecting the cross icon next to the price.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Input the Payment Details.
- Select Confirm to process the purchase of the selected product and proceed to the Order Confirmation tab.
Order Confirmation
Details of your purchase will display on-screen.
Click Download PDF to save a PDF copy of the order.
Your product purchase will be sent to you via email. This will include the report. Once received, you will need to:
- Update the price of the property (if you purchase a valuation) through the Securities screen by Manually Revaluing Security Prices;
- Upload the report to the Documents screen.
